Our ultimate goal is for you to fully enjoy our wellness teas. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please let us know why and we will gladly refund your purchase.
Refunds and Returns
Our refund and return policy has a window of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, refunds are granted on a case by case basis. No refunds will be granted after 90 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the package must be unopened with unbroken seal and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are other certain situations where partial or full refunds are granted:
- If the package is damaged during shipping we will issue a full refund
- If more than 30 days passed but not more than 90 days since your purchase and would like to return your product please contact us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In case you ordered by mistake or changed your mind you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
